Restaurant Manager  

The branch is a vegan restaurant in Brgy Poblacion Makati. The potential manager will work closely with the management team to oversee daily operations. The job description will include but are not limited to the following duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
• Manages daily staff and personnel activities such as schedules, relievers, absences, lates to ensure efficient and timely opening and closing schedules.
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and work, ensuring that staffs and personnel have the necessary resources to perform their jobs.
• Ensures maintenance of high-quality food preparations, customer service.
• Ensures overall high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of staff on duty, work stations, dining, and lavatories.
• Ensures (food, supply, cleaning) stock level are sufficient for daily operations.
• Placing an order for stocks and supplies when necessary.
• Reports to management for restaurant needs, maintenance, staff concerns, and reports.
• Attends to customer inquiries, press inquiries, and other in-store inquiries that may need and require the attention of the management.
• Highly knowledgeable and able to train service crew (front of the house personnel) in engaging with customers.
• Budget expense management.
• Assisting in daily restaurant paperwork.

We're looking for a restaurant manager who has experience in managing at least 20 staff members. This role will solely be operational with the following qualifications and experience:

• College graduate of any business and hospitality course or any equivalent degree.
• Must have at least 3 years' working experience in managing one branch with a member of at least 20 staff.
• Great team management skills.
• Highly knowledgeable in POS systems, inventory, sales reporting, and other reports.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Great customer service
• Fluent in spoken English (the majority of the restaurant's customer are foreigners)
• Highly analytical and able to work under pressure.
• Personal dedication to work.
• Great problem-solving skills.
