Training and Organizational Development Officer  

Responsible for hospital-wide strategies, plans, and programs for people and organization development which includes but not limited to performance and career development management, employee communications, engagement and design, delivery and administration of learning interventions.

People and Organizational Development, Engagement and Communication

• Assess development needs for staff and the organization, in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement appropriate metric system and development interventions for continuous improvement to build capability and drive the desired organizational culture.
• Manage vendor selection and performance by developing a sound and regular evaluation process and an objective feedback mechanism as basis for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies geared towards change management and employee engagement.
• Manage the utilization and maintenance of resources to achieve efficiency and desired impact/output.

Collaboration and Partnership

• Provide feedback in order to facilitate development of recommendation on people and organizational development, engagement and communication.
  • Identify and resolve significant issues with key stakeholders.
• Create a learning culture for all divisions/functions of the business that encourages continuous learning, feeds into career development, and provides recognitions for learning and links to competencies and performance.
• Direct all initiatives impacting behavioral change, branding, and metrics.
• Develop branded development programs that support the growth of the identified core values and competencies.
• Maintain and enhance the people and organizational development framework that supports the company’s vision to become hospital of choice for personnel, patients, business partners, and Physicians.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Preferably with experience in facilitating and organizing training and OD activities.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
