We are looking for off-site graphic designers who will regularly contribute to Canva’s growing library of beautiful and diverse templates. Canva’s design team creates thousands of layouts which are used by more than ten million people world-wide. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible, by designing beautiful layouts which are simple to use and by maintaining our marketplace fresh and updated.
- Conceptualise and produce at least 50 fresh and usable Canva layouts weekly
- Meet Canva’s excellent design standards and ensure timely delivery of layouts
- Set influential and inspirational design trends, to keep our users happy and satisfied
- Collaborate with Canva’s in-house design team in creating themed layouts for our online marketplace
- Attend all required scheduled meetings, and other scheduled catch-ups with the Marketplace Content team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Dedicated 30 hours a week, dedicated to working remotely and creating layouts for Canva
- Availability to come in for 10 days of training and on-boarding at our Makati office – and can return for 1 day refresher trainings as needed
- Previous experience and excellent track record in graphic design, layout design or other related field
- Top-notch skills in composition and layout design, and typography
- Creative copywriting skills is an edge!
