Template Developer  

Job Summary

The role involves building online artworks including brochures, mail cards, signboards, magazines and newspapers for Australian based real estate offices. You will be working with the combination of coding to transform the artwork into dynamic, web based forms which becomes 'templates'. Each template is customized to replicate the customers brand guidelines. Should be able to demonstrate the ability to find all the relevant information and show excellent skill with the technology to be able to create a functional template that adheres to internal and client standards.

Responsibilities:

Production

• Efficiently produce and alter templates using InDesign and Artspeed Evo by the required deadline to the standard quality and is brand compliant.
• Work closely with the Team Leader and Helpdesk to provide urgent requests within a tight turn around time.
• Work closely with Quality Controllers to ensure the quality of templates.
• Perform other tasks assigned whenever necessary

Training and Development

• Develop good understanding of Artspeed Evo and internal systems.
• Learning the standards of template design and general best practice.
• Continuously learn and strengthen skills and understanding of Adobe InDesign, Adobe CS, coding and technique to effectively and efficiently produce online artwork.
• Learn different specifications and requirements for various artwork including signboards, different publications, brochures, and mail cards.
• Come up with new ways and ideas to work better and smarter.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Seek to resolve design and advertising complaints and disputes efficiently.
• Helpfully assist our customers with implementation of online artwork requests.

• Exceptional in English
• Programming skills & a basic understanding of programming language is an advantage
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills.
