Operations Coordinator  

Operations Scheduling

• Coordinate the daily scheduling, coordination and logistics of all photography floorplan, copywriting, video and aerial drone appointments for our Content Studio customers in your assigned region of Australia
• Respond to scheduling and appointment enquiries within accepted response times
• Provide support to the team on the road in Australia, assisting where required if they are running late, can't find appointments, are unwell etc
• Assist the team of Campaigntrack Account Coordinators to facilitate requests for additional appointments not available in the online calendar
• Be familiar with all team members in your assigned region, both fulltime and contractors, and be aware of the areas where they work and the job that they do
• Constantly monitor the number of appointments and work with your Team Leader to ensure that the extra resources are planned in advance Professional Development
• Understand the processes and procedures of each service type to assist and troubleshoot with the Content Studio Creative Services team when required
• Remain current on all company systems, policies and procedures
• Participate where possible in all company wide seminars and training other
• Report on performance to management as directed by Team Leader
• Additional tasks as directed by Team Leader
