Campaign Coordinator  

The Campaign Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager. He/she campaigns for sales agents and is responsible for the creation, approval, and delivery of marketing materials, on behalf of the sales staff and in accordance with clients and suppliers deadlines. He/she is the brand custodian and police corporate marketing policies, procedures and guidelines while managing the processes to ensure a high level of quality control which results in 100% accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain the McGrath Brand by assisting and supporting the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure sales agents are using Sales Materials effectively within brand guidelines to maximize both their effectiveness for the agent and the company brand.
• Monitor and maintain McGrath marketing templates and ensure these are being adhered to.
• Assist in roll-out of direct marketing campaigns and maintenance of brand templates.
• Assist in artwork/copy production to meet deadlines.
• Check and approve all copy content for local sustainability and brand consistency.
• Ensure agent requests are managed effectively and within the appropriate time.
• Seek approvals for brand deviations where necessary.
• Assist/manage uploading of bios/property on www.mcgrath.com.au effectively
• Ensure that materials are delivered on time.
• Liaise with suppliers.
• Book all marketing including media campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts or any equivalent course.
• Call center experience is favorable.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High level skills with online technologies
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Very good at working under pressure and beating tight deadlines.
