Job Description

Manage and support the digital marketing team in Manila to ensure the timely completion of deliverables on a daily basis. This role would require complete mastery of the department workflow, excellent people management and development skills and a proven track record in continuously enhancing digital SEO (Google & Facebook Paid Advertising) strategies for an Australian real estate market. The role would directly report to the Digital Media Manager in Sydney who is accountable for the entire department’s production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Management and Workflow Supervision

  • Provide support to the digital team in creating direction and strategizing for SEO (Google & Facebook Paid Advertising) campaigns.
  • Spearheads in improving current and future products focusing on SEO and Social Media respectively.
  • Keep up with the latest digital, social and mobile trends in digital paid advertising.
  • Oversee order volumes, workload distribution, and completion of deliverables to make sure that they are met by the end of each day.
  • Supervise tech & automation used in campaigns deployment.
  • Review team member’s work to guarantee quality and provide related training/s when needed.
  • Manage higher level troubleshooting in the system, automation, and digital campaigns.
  • Measure the team’s productivity and capacity by creating individual KPIs and team capacity planning.
  • Coach, train, develop and assist in the career development of each individual and team level.
  • Monitor and report punctuality and leaves of team members.
  • Provide the manager with information regarding staff concerns. Proactively works in resolving them.
  • Provide feedback to the manager for annual staff reviews.
  • Manage to cover workloads when team members are on leave and/or absent.
  • Assist with hiring and workforce planning as needed.
  • Coordinate with management concerns that exist in the Manila office.

Technical Knowledge: Digital

  • Superb SEO (Google and Facebook Paid Advertising) knowledge
  • Develop digital campaign strategies for existing and future products.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest digital tools, technologies, channels, and platforms and are able to customize specific tactics online.
  • Strategy development, content creation, and social media management.
  • Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve overall user/audience experience.
  • Identify and achieve targeted online metrics and provide relevant recommendations for existing and future products.

Technical Knowledge: Creative

  • Deep understanding of online design principles.
  • Responsible for inspiring creativity, innovation and fostering progressive product design concepts that ensure high value for our clients.
  • Continuously maintain a detailed understanding of consumer retail habits, macro trends, and translate this knowledge into leading product opportunities.
  • Creativity, vision, graphic design skills, developing creative standards and multimedia content development related to digital marketing.
  • Keep up with the latest digital, social and mobile trends in advertising

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads implementation, optimization, and analysis.
  • At least 3 years experience in people management.
  • Google Adwords Certifications is highly recommended.
  • Advanced Facebook Ads knowledge
  • PPC, SEO & Social Media Marketing knowledge
  • Google Analytics and reporting knowledge.
  • Highly proficient in design software programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign. Knowledge in video editing programs such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.
  • Direct creative production work, providing hands-on feedback and supportive leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work autonomously, multitask and manage own time.
