Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Production
- Reporting directly to Floor plan Supervisor
- Responsible for creating real estate floor plan but not limited on creating other campaign materials related to department skills sets and knowledge.
- Delivering all floor plan products within the required turnaround time.
- Learning and developing required skills for each product.
- Attending all training and team meetings required by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Architecture/Drafting course or equivalent.
- Can read and interpret different types of floor plan.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must have an excellent knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Must have basic knowledge of 3Ds Max software or other 3D modelling software (VRAY rendering is an advantage).
- Must have basic knowledge of photoshop.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to liaise with Team Sydney when the need arises
- Good architectural knowledge and strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must have the initiative and strong dependability to organize and manage workload efficiently.
- Proactive in nature with the ability to work unsupervised over extended periods
- Must have a positive attitude.
