Copywriter  

The role is a part-time position with a project duration of 1 to 2 months. We offer flexibility in working location, with options to either work in our Makati office or remotely. If remote work is preferred, candidate must have a personal computer and strong wifi connection. Working hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Campaigntrack is looking for a creative and talented Copywriter to create custom content for our world-class real estate marketing campaigns. The role will handle the complete copywriting process, from idea conception to proofreading, for a selection of residential property advertisements. The ideal candidate possesses a professional fluency of the English language with a vivid imagination to translate briefs into engaging ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualises and creates written content for real estate marketing campaigns based on client briefs;
• Collaborates with other members of the creative team throughout the campaign execution process;
• Maintains the original voice of the company brand throughout all contents to ensure consistency;
• Proofreading and formatting of campaign content to ensure high-quality work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, Communications or equivalent;
• Proven working experience as a copywriter or related role;
• Must have genuine interest in real estate industry;
• Professional fluency in the English language;
• Excellent command in writing and proofreading with great attention to detail;
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information and ideas in an engaging written format;
• Strong organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and ability to submit requirements on tight deadlines;
• Experience in the real estate or marketing industry is preferred, but not required.
