Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for providing administrative and general staff assistance as well as performing minor tasks related to the function, this includes:
- Encoding sales, online information in website and online stores
- Sorting of documents
- Answering calls and emails
- Creating reports
- Coordinate with customers during business hours for different requirements
- Other duties may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of at any 4-year course; college undergraduate may apply
- Knowledgeable with office productivity software - word, excel, powerpoint, email
- Fast learner and keen to details
- Can work under pressure
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are highly encouraged to apply
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to work under Visiontec Marekting Inc (sister company of Henry's Cameras)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
