Company Driver  

The Company driver / Messenger is primarily responsible in the prompt delivery of items to customers in good condition as well as bringing his passengers safely to its destination.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Perform maintenance of assigned delivery vehicle.
• Ensuring that the vehicle is always clean and in good condition / repair.
• In-charge of transportation of the following:
  • Employees from office to field.
  • Management and guests to different places.
  • Items/stocks promptly and in good condition to the customer.
    • In case of any incident he is required to call the Shipping & Distribution Section Head to seek advice on the appropriate action.
• Be accountable for all items loaded in the vehicle, until the acknowledgement of the receipt thereof by designated recipients.
• Proper receipt of all controllable documents such as DR/SI, Pull-out Slips, Transfer Slips, etc.
  • Ensuring that these controllable documents are properly acknowledged and turned-over to concerned parties.
• Assist the Delivery Helper during loading and unloading of items / stocks.
• Report to Operations Head for irregularities encountered during operations.
• Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
• Carry out some modest office undertakings like organizing records and other light works.
• Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer.

• Valid driver's license with restrictions 1,2,3.
• Can drive safely.
• Must be familiar with Metro Manila, South Luzon, & North Luzon areas.
• People-oriented person.
• Willing to render overtime and work even on Sundays.
• can drive Manual and Auto cars
