Job Description
- Support the sales operations human resources' as related to staffing, performance, training and all personnel matters.
- Arrange, monitor, and fix schedules, leaves, and absences.
- Filling of memos if needed
- Implement in-store rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with Supervisors and Operation personnel, as well as Office Staff.
- Learn and follow company and supplier procedures for all HR operational issues.
- Communicate heavily with store personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year work experience in the same field.
- General knowledge of various employment DOLE laws and practices.
- General knowledge on HR administration like leaves, absences, and the like.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable of the following:
- Timekeeping.
- Organizing files and data.
- Staff utilization.
- Measuring and tracking of KPIs.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
