1.Review plans and have some inputs based on his knowledge and experience
2. Make sue the plans are being delivered to perfection
3. Experience in design in multiple disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire pro.
4. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
5. PMP certificate is not required but is a plus
6. familiar in drafting but doesn't have to be a Drafter
Minimum Qualifications
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering and alike with at least 3 to 5 years in MEPF design and supervision
2. Has an In depth knowledge and experience in Computer-Aided Design software such as AutoCAD. Revit is a plus.
3. Has a supervision experience. Can handle and manage a team of professionals
4. Someone who has worked in the construction field; building industry; worked on the field
