Job Description
- Drives sales team towards 100% achievement of sales objectives of assigned territories by promoting products, implementing professional sales techniques and building long-term business relationship.
- Plans, leads, organizes and controls sales staff in the most effective way of hitting sales and profitability targets.
- Organizes entire Territorial assignment ensuring equitable distribution of workload and maximum sales generation per Sales Person/Territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience in sales in the agri-product industry.
- Experience in team coaching.
- Proven track record in sales and in managing a sales team which focuses on a district or region.
- Able to innovate creative sales solutions and improve current sales and negotiation strategies to increase team efficiency.

- Good people management skills.
- Willing to be field-based, as the position requires the candidate to do tandem fieldwork with Account/Sales Reps, who conducts clients visits and local travels.
