Job Description
- Responsible for petty cash handling, replenishment and reconciliation and Quick Books posting;
- Responsible for checks payment processes, funding of checks, checks reconciliation, and Quick Books posting. Verify completeness and validity of documents prior to check voucher processing to ensure proper fund disbursement;
- Monitoring of all utilities and monthly dues to avoid disconnection and penalty;
- Responsible for the make deposit reconciliation of checks issued vs. funding;
- Ensure correctness of postings and reports;
- Responsible for any executive and administrative assistance needed;
- In charge of the office supplies processes, inventory and requisitions;
- Ensure timely processing of supplies and marketing requests;
- In-charge of any accounting related-tasks across companies under Calata Corp.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related course;
- Must have at least 6 months working experience in related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge on Quick Books and O365 Financial Accounting softwares is an advantage;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word);
- Must have good communication skills;
- Must be flexible in job assignment;
- Can work under pressure;
- Can start IMMEDIATELY.
