Job Description
- Will be directly trained by the Human Resources (HR) Head in all facets of HR:
- Recruitment,
- Compensation & Benefits,
- Organization Development,
- Labor & Employee Relations
- Training & Development
- Will assume a higher position after 18 months of training.
- Assist in doing strategic HR initiatives.
- Act as point person for certain HR facet.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course, preferably Psychology.
- With Latin Honors and Student Organization background is an advantage.
- Goal and Results oriented.
- Above average communication skills, both oral and written.
- Outgoing Personality.
- Critical thinker and has good problem solving skills.
- Position is based in Makati City.
