Job Description
- Manages work of all the accountants, including performance review, training, delegating daily and special assignments, troubleshooting unexpected problems, etc.
- Organizes and control the various accounting systems which ensure accurate management of the company’s financial affairs.
- Constant evaluation and monitoring of all accounts and record keeping.
- Provides top management with monthly financial and operating statements to allow review of the company’s financial status.
- Disburses all finds for payroll, operating and capital expenditures, and all other major disbursement on behalf of the company.
- Plans and prepares monthly budgetary reports for each department.
- Prepares and analyzes reports implication for each department as well as the implications for the overall company budget.
- Works closely with various department heads in meeting their budgetary restrictions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or finance from a reputable school preferably with advanced studies and with continuous learning. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification.
- With 7 to 10 years experience or involvement in Financial Accounting and Management programs and projects; 4-5 years of which is in managerial capacity gained from a multinational company.
- Can deal with all types/levels of people
- With good analytical ability
- Can effectively deal with employees from all levels of the organization.
- Knowledgeable of different financial strategies and interventions.
- With excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate
- Willing to work in Clark/Cebu and travel inland and abroad
