Job Description
- CS process for foreign customers who orders in overseas mall (EN mall) via Phone/E-mail/Board/Livechat
- Communication between Store CS team and store via CS board
- Communication between Store CS team and HQ via multi channels
- Monitoring of assigned malls(Store inspection) and figuring out average issue and current trend regarding Online Merchant all over the world
- Issue report
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent in English(Listening/Reading/Speaking/Writing)
- Outstanding in Internet Usage
- Needed to be available to use MS Word/Excel/PowerPoints
- Work Experience in Call Center over 1 year
- Understanding of Online Shopping
Preferences
- Available to work in holiday shift
- Fitting to other team members
- Ability to understand Korean is an advantage
