Job Description
- Process payment for trade and non-trade suppliers and other requests or fund transfers accurately and timely.
- Prepares and releases checks.
- Petty Cash Fund custodian.
- Monitors and ensures timely liquidation of employee cash advances, including travel advances and ensures documents are complete.
- Maintains accounts payable files and other related documents, filed properly and kept up to date.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of files and filing system.
- Performs such other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Attention to detail, highly organized and systematic.
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
