Media Buyer | Reporting Analyst

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:30 AM - 10:30 AM Philippine Standard Time)

• Monitor and create timely reports on GA, website, google ads, Facebook ads, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms
• Create email marketing software reporting
• Create or evolve client reporting templates and provide insights when needed
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of reports
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
• Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis

• At least three years of experience/exposure in Media Buying and Media Planning
• Experience with Optimization of Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify, other e-commerce platforms, and ability to extract data/reports in it
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Ability to use Google Slides, Google Sheets (pivot tables), Google Docs, or Microsoft Office counterpart
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Ability to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process, and information flow
• Background in programmatic advertising reporting is required
