Job Description
- Responsible for accomplishing Sales and Marketing objectives by strategizing, implementing and evaluating advertising and promotional programs and field sales action plans.
- Acts as a liaison between the hospital and its clients, continuously assessing their needs to maintain good business relations. Sales and Marketing Manager oversees the work of staff and motivates them to perform their duties and responsibilities in an effective, efficient, and professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably Sales, Marketing or Advertising
Training or Certification:
Customer Service, Managerial Training, Performance Management, Sales and Marketing and Negotiation Skills Training
Work Experience:
At least 3 years supervisory work experience in the same field
