Job Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist and ensure that tax reporting and monthly / quarterly / annually tax billing payments are in accordance with applicable government regulations.
- Review and process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting in conducting financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Performs month to month Byahe Branch auditing
- Provide support to the finance and operations team, as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting-related courses
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
- Ability to analyze a large set of data
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
