Job Description
- Provide infrastructure operations vision, enable innovasion and levarage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company requirements and expecatation.
- work with end users to resolve issues and provide operationla support.
- Ensure IT Infrastructure and its processes meet with internal and external KPI’s and SLA’s
- Design and implement IT Infrastructure strategic plans and roadmap meets existing and future requirements.
- Manage and Lead IT Infrastructure initiatives.
- Identify and implement solutions to unit challenges and concerns related with IT Infrastructure devices and systems.
- Manage and Report on IT allocation budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco, Cloud Computing
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System
