Job Description
- Menerima/memberikan pelayanan IT Services daily & weekend
- Melakukan monitoring dan managing team member terkait proses
kerja harian manajemen problem (Assign task dan Resource
Allocation) - Mendistribusikan informasi terkait progress problem, resolution dan
PIC handled - Melakukan distribusi ticketing kepada departemen terkait jenis
ticket problem & request - Memanage unit kerja terkait IT Operasional/membantu panggilan
telepon - Melakukan pengembangan tim terkait operasional pekerjaan
- Membantu atasan terkait pengembangan project departemen
- Kritis dalam inovasi dan pengembangan kinerja unit kerja dalam
departemen
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 IT
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 2 tahun
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik (Ms. office)
- Excellent Communication
- mengetahui proses IT Services dan IT support
- Mampu menganalisa data dengan baik
- mampu belajar dengan cepat
- Mengetahui tools ticketing IT
- Paham mengenai aplikasi pada perusahaan pembiayaan
- Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris yang baik
