Record and Personal Information System

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources any 4-year course
With at least 2-3 years of direct operational experience.
In depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations in the Philippines
Superb people skills. You are a natural communicator who is able to handle sensitive information with utmost compassion and discreteness
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
