Job Description
- Identify the hardware and software needed to provide solutions to the problems;
- Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements;
- Install and download appropriate software and provides online support to customers and colleagues;
- Connects users to networks and provides initial training in facilities and applications;
- Provide information relating to hardware and software purchasing decisions;
- Ensures that users can use the equipment by providing personal hands-on training and self-help instructions;
- Undertakes preventative maintenance and reporting functions for the area of responsibility;
- Assists in troubleshooting and debugging software applications under supervision;
- Monitoring and ensuring of status and versions of software;
- Point person for internet issues;
- Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
- Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
- Perform other work-related task that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can Work Under Pressure
- Can Work with Minimal Supervision
- Willing to learn other IT skills through the on-job and self paced training
- Must be hardworking
