Marketing Associate  

General Function

The position is primarily responsible for supporting the sales department with its goal to reach the target by assisting with in-store marketing requirements, improving online presence and developing online markets.

Specific Duties

• Conceptualizes and implements online marketing plans/efforts to increase market share and generate brand awareness;
• In charge of overseeing marketing projects to ensure execution on time;
• Responsible for the logistics concerned in a marketing event;
• Plans online and in-store marketing strategies;
• Executes online marketing strategies;
• Coordinates and communicates with online customers and store head offices;
• Coordinates closely with sales and marketing for in-store requests;
• Handles and maintains the company website and social media accounts;
• Handles online customer complaints;
• Constantly attuned with the latest and future market trends related to the brand;
• Responsible for above the line and below the line ads.
• Does product shoot for online posting;
• Processes online orders and updates product assortment in the company website;
• Looks for other channels to sell our brands;
• Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
• Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in the work area; and
• Perform other work related task that may be assigned from time to time.

Education

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Marketing / Management or any related course.

Work Experience/Training

• Preferably with 1-2 year related work experience
• Has knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
• With experience with graphic design and basic photography

Mental Efforts

• Strong communication skills, both in oral and written
• Strong PR skills
• Knowledge on telemarketing and online media
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the sales & marketing processes
• Must be familiar with all the products of the company
• Must be highly systematic, competitive, confident and team-centered
• Must be able to work with all the levels in the organization
• Can work independently under pressure
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
• Full knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
• Excellent organizational skills, with a very strong attention to detail
• Fully competent in the use of marketing methods, processes and tools
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
