Job Description
- Conduct store visits on assigned areas during assigned date/s and acts convincingly as a customer.
- Record contact with the promodizers via recording/s and submit it to the Human Resource - Sales Department.
- Objectively report the appearance, item management, customer relations, and product knowledge of the promodizers they encountered through survey/feedback forms.
Minimum Qualifications
- No educational and age requirement needed
- A good critic.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Can convincingly act as a customer.
- Good communication skills. ---Speaking, writing, and listening.
- Excellent observational skills.
- Objective and fair.
- Can see both the good things and the bad things.
- Able to give FACT-based reports.
- Keen to details.
- Able to remember minute details like name of the promodizer, the products discussed, the display of the products, etc.
- Organized, flexible, and responsible.
