Job Description
He/She will assist in:
- Monitoring of all outstanding trade receivable balance;
- Ensuring that all trade receivables are collected in a timely manner;
- Monitoring of Customer’s Account;
- Preparation of daily collection schedule;
- Preparation of Statement of Accounts for countering purposes to other customers;
- Coordination of all due date of unpaid Sales Invoice for collection to Company Collector/Messenger;
- Ensuring all delivery receipts are received to avoid delays in collection and filing of the affidavit of loss.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy;
- Preferably with relevant experience in accounting;
- Can perform with minimum supervision;
- Must be highly trainable;
- Should be flexible;
- With good organization skills.
