Customer Support Representatives at BUNCH are the visible partner of our clients. We work only with global technology startups in a high growth stage. We are offering a career to an empathetic, passionately communicative and outgoing person to join our technology team.
The responsibilities you will have at BUNCH are:
- Engaging with customers and users on chat - occasional inbound or outbound calls
- Responding to email and support tickets
- Ensuring a high Customer Satisfaction level
- Reporting key metrics

Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent writing, grammar and punctuation skills
- Outstanding empathy levels in chat conversations
- Ready and confident to take (occassionally) calls
- Knowledge of Customer Support Software like Zendesk
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willingness to develop a long term career in a high-demand, high-reward environment
