Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a Service Delivery management team
- Process design and implementation, including:
- Resources and workforce forecast and planning
- KPIs and client reporting
- High-level P&L
- Campaigns and Projects execution plans
- Partner with internal stakeholders in analyzing client requirements and conceptualizing delivery solutions, including interaction with client’s technical and management teams
- Craft service proposals
- Supervise production of a team of 100 to 250 FTEs

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- 12+ years experience in client delivery in Consulting, BPO or related industries
- Design thinking, ability to continuously break and design processes, and superior analytical skills
- Hands-on mentality, readiness to start big things small
