Instagram Influencer Outreach Specialist  

Goals:

Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring a company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, online community engagement and improve Marketing efforts and increase sales

This position specifically manages social media platforms: Facebook, SnapChat, Instagram, and YouTube.

The position is responsible for the quality of the social media approach which creates credibility and brand awareness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, design, and monitor the digital/social media platforms on a daily basis for accuracy and content management
• Support the collaboration on the social media marketing planning process, creative design, the building of key reports, data analysis and optimization
• Utilizing research tools and concepts related to social media marketing
• Stay on top of and be able to recommend strategic social trends, market research & campaign performance data
• Prepare weekly analytic reports
• Coordinate monthly social seeding and recap reports
• Detail oriented visual assets including photography and video
• Social media community management on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, etc.
• Edits motivational videos for stories or feeds based on the strategic approach
• Assisting with Motivational Social activations and projects
• Create and maintain social platform calendars and handle daily posting on social platforms
• Respond to comments on social media posts
• Experience blogging, networking, and related internet use/skills
• Research and implement social best practices for content posted to social media

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

• Proven record of ability to deliver the above
• Good Negotiating skills
• Social Media Advertising Knowledge preferably Instagram and Snapchat
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Solid knowledge of keyword research and analytics
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator is a plus
