Job Description
- Directs the Sales Team in implementing the sales plans & programs.
- Analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential & store inventory requirements.
- Manages Area Sales Coordinators and Sales Associates to ensure the sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any business related course.
- With at least three (3) years Sales Supervisory experience in retail apparel.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and leadership ability to Sales Associates for the attainment of Sales targets.
- With good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, highly analytical, goal oriented, aggressive and with excellent work attitude.
- Willing to travel and conduct area store visits nationwide.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
