- Conduct fitness consultations.
- Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
- Develop safe, professional, exciting, and comprehensive personal training programs.
- Ensure clients attain their personal fitness goals.
- Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
- Conduct new member orientations, bookings, and follow-up service calls.
- Reaching and exceeding Personal Training Revenue Targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform daily operations and some administration duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with knowledge of exercise techniques, functionalities, and coaching.
- Fun, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to:
- Work under pressure.
- Adapt exercises to suit clients' needs or abilities.
- Lead and motivate clients.
- Willing to learn and develop your skills as well as grow with the business.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess good time management skills.
