Job Description
- To manage a team of Jenius developers.
- To monitor and ensure team execution of software development tasks (solution design, building test cases, code development, etc) for delivery of new features of Jenius mobile and web apps, also backend systems (including internal apps).
- To ensure software designs are in compliance with specifications.
- To writing well-designed, and efficient code.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate with a BS degree in Computer Science of related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in People Management.
- 8 years or more of professional experience in mobile software development (having a published mobile app ready to use is a plus).
- Building complex applications for iOS using Objective-C/Swift integrated with test units and other frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and working models.
- Excellent source control skills and discipline, e.g. Git, SVN, RTC, etc.
- Experience with any of the following: JAVA/J2EE, RUBY, MYSQL, NoSQL C++, C#, .NET, PYTHON, SHAREPOINT or PERL.
- Experience with web server technologies such as WebLogic, Apache, nginx, varnish.
- Experience with software reuse methodologies and tools, preferably design tools based on the Universal Modeling Language, Java Applets, Java Script, and XML.
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Spring Framework, Struts, HTML5, CSS and JS.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non- technical audiences.
