IT Business Alliance  

As a Business Alliance you will be responsible to:

• Acting as the business’s partner in defining the technology projects based on the business initiatives.
• Work as liaison among stakeholders to recommend technology solution for organisation to achieve their goals
• Manage and ensure stated project objective within its cost, time, scope and quality
• Comply with banking regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain the collaborative business relationship management process throughout the organization and managing outsourced (vendor) relationships that can contribute to the business’ strategy
• Analyzing, writing and validating requirements
• Working together with the process owners and SQA in defining the business scenario, test cases,and the testing exit criteria.
• Act as second level escalation team to identify root cause analysis, review and provide advise on testing scenario

Are You The Right Candidate?

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• Having minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
• Professional experience in either IT Consultancy, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Project Manager
• Has a basic understanding of banking busines sprocess, IT Governance, interviewing and documentation skill
• Has an understanding of the business context in which they are operating that informs planning and decision making
• Has the ability to win the hearts and minds of others to pursue new cross-boundary collaborations and to do the right thing, regardless of formal authority
• Ability to listen, negotiate, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired outcomes using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
• Represents the needs and interests of the customer to others to facilitate an understanding of the customer experience and focuses the efforts of the team on decision making that enhances the customer experience
