Job Description
Job Summary
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and directing all Treasury functions, cash management and other bank related concerns.
Functions
- Ascertains proper bank deposit of received collections
- Approves disbursements and replenishment of funds in accordance with set guidelines
- Ensures timely release of salaries & related benefits (allowances/ incentive payments per prescribed schedule)
- Audits funds on daily basis and coordinates with Accounting to ensure accomplishment of the Cash Reconciliation sheet
- Ensures that records of all transactions are properly maintained and accurate
- Responsible for the safekeeping of assigned unprinted and processed checks
- Responsible for the full implementation of approved policies and procedures of the Department.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of Banking and Finance, Accountancy or related courses
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in funds management or treasury functions with 2 years in managerial level
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well-versed in various MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software preferably Oracle.
- Organized, highly analytical and keen to details.
- With strong leadership, managerial and people skills
- Must possess highest degree of integrity and professionalism
