Job Description
- Responsible for the procurement of all equipment, supplies, and services for the company
- Sources and pricures quality supplies, tools, equipment, for use in pre-opening, operations, and administration of the barbershops and salons at the most optimal cost and under required delivery schedule
- Coordinates with various departments regarding purchase requests
- Handles all necessary post-purchase activities
- Processes all importation requirements of the company including documentation, release, and receiving of shipments
- Develops and improves policies and procedures petaining to purchase request
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate with a degree in Business or other related course
- With at least 3 years relative experience in Purchasing
- Knowledge in purchasing methods in relation to vendor pricing and selection, placement of purchase orders
- Knowledge in importation is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and other various software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
