Job Description
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
- Responsible for recruitment, selection and onboarding activities to meet the hiring/engagement requirements of the company.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- People-oriented and with good work ethics
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree; degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Behavioral Science preferred
- With at least three (3) years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Must be highly organized, keen on detail and decisive
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in various office software
- Must be willing to travel
