Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining the store’s operational standards.
  • Ensures positive over-all performance of the store in terms of revenue and service.
  • Perform effective sales strategies, people motivation, service excellence and cost management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Female, with good work ethics;
  • With a minimum of 2 years relevant supervisory/managerial experience in any customer-related establishment;
  • With excellent customer service skills
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Dynamic, results-oriented and with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • With strong leadership and management skills;
  • Must be proficient in various office and operations software;
  • Must be willing to be assigned in various branches from time to time.
