Job Description
- Process:
- Provide first level checking on invoices
- Accounts payable of customers and suppliers
- Ensure:
- Timely payment of all payables.
- Correct and timely filing and payment of BIR returns and government contributions.
- Prepare and submit required reports on time.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Licensed CPA.
- Open to fresh graduates who are licensed CPA
- Preferably with 1-2 years related experience in account payables.
- Knowledgeable in
- MS Office
- General Accounting Principles
- Financial Management
- Taxation Laws
- Account Receivables Management
- Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRSs), Philippine Accounting Standards
- Must have working knowledge in Accounting systems:
- Microsoft Dynamics
- NAV
- SAP
- Knowledgeable in BIR remittances.
- Excellent in both oral and written communications.
- Self-reliant, organized, trustworthy, highly motivated, customer oriented, and willing to render overtime.
