Job Description
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns and objectives
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Prospect for potential new clients and turns this into increased business
- Understand the company's goal and purpose to continue to enchance the company's performance
Minimum Qualifications
- High-level communication skills

- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementationof business development strategy

- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
