IT Project Manager  

IT project management is part project management, part technology operations and part generalmanagement. IT project managers plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional informationtechnology projects that are significant in scope and impact.They coordinate the work of other IT professionals and administrative staff to produce a newpiece or system of software. The core elements of the job are about organizing people and timeresources and seeing the project through from inception to completion. Project managers haveultimate responsibility for meeting the businesses or client’s needs.

• Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, andsupporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Guidesand performsstrategic analysis for the project•Assemblesand coordinatesproject team members; assignsindividual responsibilities
• Preparesrequests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitateselection of project services and products•Designstechnical developments with technical team
• Implementssoftware life-cycle methodology/agile and scrum
• Coordinatesroll-out of beta and production releases
• Ensurescustomer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients
• Workswith technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects
• Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations;planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and discipliningstaff; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 6+ years’ experience as an IT professional
• 4+ years’ supervisory experience in an IT department•In depth knowledge of mobile apps and technology trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City (when required)
