Job Description
- Design the information architecture and interaction models for projects which may include websites, mobile experiences, or other touch-points.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final sign off with developers.
- Lead regular design reviews and participate or conduct usability tests.
- Direct and mentor internal resources as well as potential contractors and/or 3rd party service providers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5-years hands-on experience with a background in wire-framing, information architecture, user experience and UI design for web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and provide strategic thinking;
- Proficient and highly experienced in translating design mock-ups to HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP;
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of design tools for designing, prototyping, and wire-framing.
- Have experience in CMS development, preferably Sitefinity.
- Onsite supervision of projects (when required)
