Job Description
- Demonstrate solid understanding of Human Resource Management (e.g. hiring, integrating, retaining, motivating and developing team)
- Proficient in Project Management Risk Assessment Skills and contribute to creation of Test Metrics in line with department KPIs
- Work on setting objectives of test team leaders and test team members in line with department object and perform objective and rational evaluation of performance of the team members.
- Work on technical progress and career growth of test team leaders and test team members.
- Master industry standards (EMVCo, Rupay, MCCS etc.) together with technical leaders.
- Work with technical leaders, project leaders and test leaders to consolidate and validate effort estimation and scheduling of project test activities for implementation of standard / updates in standard.
- Own, contribute to, deploy and manage test creation guideline in all projects.
- Ensure the team follows the process to deliver documents, test with good level of quality and adhering to OT process standard.
- Lead team in defining, developing and deploying new tools to improve efficiency of the test team.
- Contribute to development of high quality, high reliability smartcard applications test suites for different markets.
- Manage all project development risks linked to project being developed.
- Participate to test plan and code review of the application code developed by other engineers in the project.
- Ensure high quality level of the applications via test and code coverage and strong collaboration with software development team as well as certification teams.
- Respect test architecture defined by test Architect.
- Deliver all assigned projects on time and with the required quality.
- Undertake post issuance maintenance and improvements activities of applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- This position is located in JAKARTA and looking for JAKARTA-based Candidate only.
- Bachelor or higher in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
- MINIMUM 6-8 years of experience MANAGING software test R&D TEAM of MINIMUM 20-25 ENGINEERS in hi-tech / IT company.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing technical metrics for the software tests operations he/she has managed.
- Proven experience in embedded software testing using Java, or ather programming / script languages.
- Preferably experience in smartcard application testing and Javacard application testing is a an added advantage. High caliber candidates from other industries with capability to grasp smart card technologies and technical complexities, very fast, will also be considered.
- Experience in / knowledge of Cryptographic algorithms, software security concepts and security protocols is a must. High caliber candidates from other industries with capability to grasp smart card technologies and technical complexities very fast, will also be considered.
- Experience in / knowledge of any of the payment industry standards (EMVCo, RUPAY , MCCS, JCB etc) would be a strong plus.
