Job Description
- Prepares design for managers approval
- Prepares complete Sheet of Building/Residential Drawings/Offices Drawings and etc (as request for manager)
- Provides assistance in Preparation of Project Plan and coordinates with the Design team to prepare and submit necessary layout, 3D images, CAD Designs and working plans.
- Perfom other task that may be assigned to.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be graduate of Architectural, Drafting or equivalent course.
- Must be proficient in CAD Drafting/3D Sketch-up/Manual Drawing/Vray/Photoshop
- Must have atleast 2-3 years working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software.
- Able to interpret hand-drawn sketches & turn into CAD plan.
- Experience in Fit-outs & construction is an advantage.
- Efficient, well-organized & hard-working.
