Job Description
- Ensure that facility is always clean and tidy.
- Clean and maintain the office equipment.
- Identify and report possible repairs for office equipments and others.
- Go to different establishment for payment and collection.
- Perform bank transactions.
- Perform local government office transactions.
- Provide assistance to Administrative Assistant.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in handling permits and other local government mandated remittances.
- Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge with different Manila and some provincial routes.
- Valid driver's license with restrictions from 1 to 2.
- Good communication skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- With minimal supervision.
