HR Specialist | Compensation and Benefits  

The position is responsible for updating and monitoring of employee compensation, compensation databases, job descriptions, benchmark compensation, annual performance reviews, and employee benefits.

• Timekeeping and Attendance Monitoring
  • Coordinate with employee's supervisor for absences and tardiness record of the employee.
• Onboarding
  • Assists new employee in processing Government Mandated numbers such as SSS, PHIC, TIN, HDMF
  • Ensure to prepare all Government Mandated requirements
  • Coordinate with new employee all existing loans for an update.
• Compensation and Benefits
  • Update and monitor list of active and inactive employees to all government agencies.
  • Ensures that each regular employee is provided with their corresponding health benefit. Update and Monitor active and inactive employees.
  • Research and update compensation and benefits policies and plans.
  • Act as liaison officer of the employees to government agencies in relation to inquiries on contributions, loan applications, and similar request.
  • Handles special cases/concerns pertaining to contribution and loan posting and other unusual cases of employees
• Others:
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned to.

• Willing to work long hours and on a weekend or holidays when needed.
• Willing to travel and willing to be assigned on different locations within and outside Metro Manila.
