Operations Manager  

Outcomes expected:

• Complete company manual & training manual designed to allow expansion to 500 locations within 5 years.
• Early bird tickets are sold out online for every event at least 2 weeks in advance
• The company constantly improves and finds new ways to create raving fan customers
• All PR and marketing channels are maximized
• Sponsorship that adds value without "selling out"
• All key drivers of the business are measured and reported daily with corrective action
• Develop and oversee further branches
• Reduced cost and inefficiencies
• Maximized all ways to compete or fight off competition
• Raving fan customers and off the chart ratings on all platforms
• After Boracay build up Manila PubCrawl and other branches

Responsiblitities:

• Recruit, train and develop high potentials and oustanding personalities
• Drive results in all aspects of the business
• Manage and train the sales team
• World class marketing online and offline
• Step into any role as needed (incl. hosting the events)
• Oversee and ensure correctness of all accounting
• Ensure compliance with all government offices and laws.
• Human resource management
• Detailed reporting, budgeting, projecting and forcasting for all aspects of the business
• Developing leaders throughout the company.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels
• Develop and maintaint strong rapport relationships with bar partners, suppliers, media, influencers, customers, sales partners and other marketing & recruiting channels
• Constantly increase the referal and reattending rate
• Lead by example
• Reduce cost and improve payment terms
• Create and maintain a world class company manual and disiminate information relentlessly
• Create systems and processes for every aspect of the business
• Monthly, quarterly and annual tax filing
• Drive and enforce high standards
• Proper legal standards maintained with all stakeholders
• Evaluate and implement technology to improve operations and reduce cost

Qualifications needed:

• Masters degree (MBA preferred)
• At least 10-15 year experience in the Hospitality industry
• Proven track record of at least 10 years running all aspects of a business successfully.
• Ability to scale an operation 50x
• Analytical yet execution biased
• Applied knowledge in positive psychology is a plus.
• Energy and drive to commit as much time as it takes
