Job Description
- Assist in reviewing, updating, implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of established policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the quality and safety of produced products
- Train and assist QA Inspectors to carry out their functions and evaluate their performance
- Assist, coordinate and enforce compliance with food safety and quality management system and programs
- Prepare the plant and the personnel for customer audits, internal audits, and other audits
- Assist in the training programs for GMP, Sanitation and Pest Control, and HACCP Programs
- Perform other related duties assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Food Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in the related field
- With background in GMP, SSOP, and HACCP is an advantage
- Must have basic knowledge in Microsoft office programs
- Demonstrates leadership skills and good communication skills
- Must be initiative, analytical and keen observant
- With methodological approach to problem-solving
- Able to work as part of a team, independently and with minimum supervision
- Willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
